Tongue twisters ;)

Łamacze języka (z ang. tongue twisters) to takie konstrukcje zdaniowe, w których występują trudne do wymówienia zbitki językowe. Takie krótkie wierszyki czy historyjki można odszukać w każdym języku. Zdania nie muszą być koniecznie spójne logicznie, bowiem w łamaczach chodzi przede wszystkim o zabawę językiem, podobieństwami fonetycznymi i znaczeniowymi. Zapraszam do ćwiczenia wymowy przez zabawę na przykładzie poniższych tongue twisterów. :)

She sells sea shells by the sea shore.

The shells she sells are surely seashells.

So if she sells shells on the seashore,

I'm sure she sells seashore shells.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck

If a woodchuck could chuck wood?

He would chuck, he would, as much as he could,

And chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would

If a woodchuck could chuck wood.

Betty Botter bought a bit of butterBut she said,

"This butter's bitter,If I put it in my batterIt will make my batter bitter."

So she bought a bit of butterBetter than her bitter butter

And her butter was not bitter.

So 'twas better Betty BotterBought a bit of better butter.
